  • Oats, roasted and cooked 1 cup
  • Yogurt ⅔ cup
  • Almonds ½ cup

  • Ice cubes a few
  • Almond flakes a few to garnish

How to Make Banana Oatmeal Smoothie (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Put oats in a blender jar and add yogurt. Cut 4 slices of a banana to use for garnish and peel the rest of the banana as well as the remaining bananas, cut roughly and put in the blender jar.
  2. Add almonds and honey and blend everything till smooth.
  3. Pour into 4 serving glasses, garnish the rim of each glass with a banana slice and serve immediately.
