  • Soya flour 2 tbsps
  • Jaggery, grated 2 tbsps
  • Almonds, chopped 8 to 10
  • Green cardamom powder ½ tsp

How to Make Healthy Sheera (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Dry roast finger millet flour, wheat flour and soya flour in a non-stick pan, stirring continuously, till fragrant.
  2. Cook jaggery with 1 cup water in another non-stick pan till jaggery is completely dissolved.
  3. Add this to the roasted flours and cook till all the moisture is absorbed.
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
