  • Wheat cereal 2 cups
  • Peanut butter 130 gms
  • Brown sugar 110 gms
  • Honey 120 gms
  • Raisins 110 gms
  • Garnishing
  • Almonds, chopped as required
  • Pistachios, chopped as required

How to Make Muesli Bars (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Take wheat cereal in a mixing bowl, and crush with your hands.
  2. Heat peanut butter in non-stick pan on low heat, add brown sugar and honey and mix well. Cook till well mixed.
  3. Add this mixture to the wheat cereal and mix pressing with the spoon. Add raisins and mix.
  4. Spread this in a greased burfi tray and spread evenly. Sprinkle some almonds and pistachios on top and set aside to cool for 1-2 hours.
  5. Cut into bars and serve on a platter or store in an air-tight container for a few days.
