  • Lemon juice 2 tbsps
  • Sugar 1 cup

How to Make Pear Jam (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Finely chop the pears and plums and transfer them into a deep non-stick pan.
  2. Add clove powder, cinnamon powder, ginger, lemon juice and sugar and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture becomes pulpy.
  3. Take the pan off heat and set aside to cool. Transfer the mixture into a blender and blend.
  4. Store it in a jar and use as required.
