This smoothie has the goodness of a number of fruits

Ingredients

  • Honey 2 tsps
  • Oats 8 tbsps
  • Apples, chopped 2
  • Pineapple pieces 8 to 12
  • Ripe banana pieces 8 to 12
  • Strawberries, quartered 8
  • Strawberry crush 4 tbsps
  • Yogurt 4 tbsps
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 to 8 scoops
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Instant coffee powder as required

Methods

  • To make the smoothie, put apple, pineapple pieces, banana pieces, strawberries, oats, honey, strawberry crush and yogurt in a blender jar. Add vanilla ice-cream scoops and milk and blend till smooth.
  • Dust all the 4 serving glasses with instant coffee powder, pour the smoothie equally into the glasses and serve.
