- Rice vermicelli 100 gms
- Milk 1½ tbsps
- Sugar 1½ tbsps
- Butter 1 tbsp
Step 1. Take milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon stick and orange juice in a deep non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 2. Break vermicelli and add to the pan, mix and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

How to Make Moroccan Vermicelli Pudding (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Take milk, sugar, butter, cinnamon stick and orange juice in a deep non-stick pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Break vermicelli and add to the pan, mix and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, sprinkle cinnamon powder and serve warm or chilled.
