How to Make Patta Gobhi Matar (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage and peas, mix well and cook on high heat.
- Add salt, green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add ½ cup water and mix well. Cook till water dries up.
- Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
