Step 1. Cook oats in a non-stick pan as per the instructions given on the packet.

How to Make Spiced Guava (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Cook oats in a non-stick pan as per the instructions given on the packet.
- Take guavas in a bowl,add salt and mix. Transfer it into a blender jar and blend.
- Strain guava puree through a strainer into a deep bowl. Pour 1 cup water into the strainer and press the residue to extract all the juices.
- Put cooked oats, ginger juice, lemon juice, rock salt, chaat masala, castor sugar and add ice cubes into the blender jar and blend to a smooth purée. Add this puree to the guava puree and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into 4 serving glasses and serve chilled.
