- Watermelon cubes 8 cups
- Ginger, chopped 4 tsps
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Sugar 8 tbsps
Step 1. For each portion put 2 cups watermelon, 1 tsp ginger, ½ cup yogurt and 2 tbsps sugar in a blender jar. Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
Step 2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
