Losing weight is no more a dream hard to achieve. It is no more starving. And it also does not necessarily mean crash diets. You can amazingly lose weight by including the right elements of food that will provide nourishment and at the same time help you attain a great healthy body.

Lemon

Set in motion your weight loss with lemon juice. It is rich in Vitamin C & ascorbic acid that helps in the functioning of liver and metabolic activities of fats. Its is a natural diuretic source that helps you lose synthetic fat. The more lemon juice we have, the more it will enhance the water intake. The increased levels of water intake will lead you to filling and help you to consume fewer calories during the meal. Do add lemon to your hot water every morning for losing weight. You can also add lemon to salads and smoothies.

Cinnamon

An everyday spice can help you gain weight loss. Cinnamon helps you fight over your food cravings amid the meals that in turn help in controlling the blood sugar levels decreasing the fat levels. It helps you burn calories and get rid of excess weight.

Oats
Oats are rich in fiber, digest slowly and have a mild effect on your blood sugar. An inexpensive source of nutrition & carbohydrates, oats decrease your appetite fostering weight loss.Oats are thus incorporated in the diets that accelerate weight loss.The soluble fiber it contains lets it stay in our intestine for a longer duration not creating a yearning for more food/calories. Nutrients that rush into our bloodstream are slowed down by oats.

Its generally consumed as a breakfast, so its found that those who eat breakfasts tend to lose weight more quickly than those who skip meals.

Coconut Oil

The medium chain fatty acids get converted into energy and do not get stored as fats. Coconut Oil is made up of such medium chain fatty acid and it sure does promote weight loss. It does not contain cholesterol and therefore improves the functioning of thyroid increasing metabolism. You can include it in your diets as cooking oil or desserts or you could simply drink it as a cooler.

Dark Chocolate

Consuming chocolate sin little amounts is an indulgence we cant call sinful as it proves to be good for your heart. When you are shifting from a high calorie diet to a nutritional weight loss diet, do include dark chocolate in your diet to overcome those high calorie desserts in your list. Dark chocolates that are 75% cacao are recommended as they are rich in antioxidants and do not contain dairy.
