Save the sugar from clumping!

Air normally hardens the sugar that you have stored in due course of time.

Air tight containers do save them from moisture but a slight air can lead it to form lumps.

We would advice that if the sugar you stored has hardened, you can place a lemon in the sugar jar to soften it.

As the moisture content in the fruit (lemon) softens the sugar preventing it from clumping.
