- Roasted almonds, chopped 125 gms
- Dark chocolate, chopped 175 gms
Step 1.Dry roast the almonds in a non-stick pan on low heat till crisp. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.

How to Make Almond Rocks (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Dry roast the almonds in a non-stick pan on low heat till crisp. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
- Take chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler and temper it properly.
- Add almond to the chocolate and mix till all the almond pieces are well coated.
- Line a baking tray with butter paper.
- Drop spoon full of the chocolate-almond mixture on the butter paper till all the mixture is used up.
- Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
