How to Make Apple Cinnamon Muffin (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease muffin moulds.
- Sieve together refined flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Take butter and sugar in another bowl and beat with an electric beater till light fluffy.
- Gradually add eggs, 2 at a time, and continue beating till the mixture is light. Add vanilla essence and mix.
- Add the refined flour mixture and fold in well. Add milk and mix well.
- Add ½ cup apple pieces and cinnamon powder and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the muffin moulds. Top with the remaining apple pieces.
- Keep the muffin moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Take the moulds out of the oven and cool down to room temperature. Demould the muffins and arrange them on a serving platter. Dust cinnamon powder and icing sugar over them and serve.
