Method
- Boil beetroot in equal quantity water in a deep non-stick pan till almost dry.
- Add milk, jaggery and cashewnuts and mix well.
- Continue to cook, stirring, till the mixture thickens into a halwa consistency.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot or at room temperature.
