How to Make Bread aur Palak ki Chakli (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Take bread, spinach and low fat yogurt in a bowl.
- Add roasted chana powder, gram flour, sesame seeds, red chilli powder and salt and mash everything together.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place the patties in it and cook, turning sides, till they are crisp and golden on both sides.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot.
