Make good use of
leftover cake, turn them into laddoos
- Cake crumbs 400 gms
- Khoya/ mawa 110 gms
- Condensed milk 8 tbsps
- Dry fruits, minced to garnish
Step 1. Heat a non-stick pan, add khoya and condensed milk and cook on low heat till well blended.
Step 2. Add cake crumbs and mix well. Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.

Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add khoya and condensed milk and cook on low heat till well blended.
- Add cake crumbs and mix well. Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
- Take minced dry fruits in a plate and roll the laddoos in it and place them on a serving platter.
