Step 1. Coat the banana slices with brown sugar.
Step 2. Heat butter in a non-stick pan and shallow-fry the banana slices on medium heat, turning sides, till they are evenly caramelized on both sides.

How to Make Caramel Banana Roll (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Coat the banana slices with brown sugar.
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan and shallow-fry the banana slices on medium heat, turning sides, till they are evenly caramelized on both sides.
- Spread 2 tbsps Kissan mango jam on each roti, place equal number of caramelized banana slices on each of them, spoon the cream equally over the banana slices and roll the rotis tightly.
- Keep the rolls on a serving platter and serve immediately.
