- Cashewnuts, chopped ½ cup
- Dark chocolate chips ½ cup
- White chocolate chips ½ cup
- Melted butter ½ cup + to grease

How to Make Cashew Choco Chip Bars (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a baking dish.
- Take butter, brown sugar and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater till the sugars dissolve and the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract and continue to beat.
- Add refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, dark and white chocolate chips and fold in well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased dish. Spread cashewnuts on top.
- Keep the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Cut into bars, arrange the bars on a serving platter and serve.
