fried rice with any spicy Chinese gravy dish
- Rice, cooked 2 cups
- Oil 3 tbsps
- Garlic, finely chopped 3 tsps
- Ginger, finely chopped ½ tbsp
Step 1. Heat 3 tbsps oil in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger, onion and green chillies and saute, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

How to Make Chinese Fried Rice (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat 3 tbsps oil in a deep non-stick pan, add garlic, ginger, onion and green chillies and saute, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add spring onions, carrot, French beans and cabbage and mix well.
- Add sugar and soy sauce.
- Add rice and mix gently to prevent the rice grains from breaking. Cook till the rice gets heated through.
- Add salt, mix and serve hot.
