- Tofu, cut into small cubes 200 gms
- Medium carrot, peeled and diced 1
- Medium onion, diced 1
- Baby corns, diagonally sliced 5
Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add carrot, onion, baby corns, capsicum, salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes.

- Oil 1 tbsp
- Tomato, chopped 1 cup
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Salt to taste
How to Make Curried Tofu with Vegetables (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add carrot, onion, baby corns, capsicum, salt, turmeric powder and black pepper powder, mix well and saute for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and salt and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add tofu and broccoli, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add ¼ cup water, mix and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes or till the moisture is absorbed.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
