How to Make Fried Chicken Sausages (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- To make the batter, take eggs, cornmeal, refined flour, mustard paste, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and mix well with an electric beater.
- Add castor sugar and milk and beat again.
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok.
- Dip the chicken sausages in the batter, slide into hot oil and deep-fry till golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange them on a serving dish, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
