Step 1.Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, neem leaves, cumin seeds and turmeric powder and mix well and let the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2.Take the pan off the heat, cool and add buttermilk and mix well.

Method
- Heat 2 cups water in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, neem leaves, cumin seeds and turmeric powder and mix well and let the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Take the pan off the heat, cool and add buttermilk and mix well.
- Strain into serving glasses and serve.
