Step 1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add sorghum flour and sauté on medium heat for 1-2 minutes or till it turns light brown in color.

How to Make Jowar Banana Sheera (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add sorghum flour and sauté on medium heat for 1-2 minutes or till it turns light brown in color.
- Add chopped bananas and mix. Mash the bananas while mixing.
- Add milk, mix well and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, so that no lumps remain.
- Add jaggery, mix well and cook on a medium heat, stirring continuously, till jaggery dissolves completely.
- Transfer the sheera into a serving bowl, garnish with banana slices and serve lukewarm
