- Pumpkin dices 2 cups
- Oil 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds and saute till they change colour. Add red chilli and saute.

How to Make Kaddu ki Sabji (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds and saute till they change colour. Add red chilli and saute.
- Add pumpkin, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add ½ cup water and jaggery and mix well. Cover and cook till pumpkin is done.
- Transfer into a serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
