Step 1.Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, ½ tsp ginger strips, green chillies, cumin seeds, coconut and turmeric powder and saute till fragrant.

How to Make Mixed Vegetable (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, ½ tsp ginger strips, green chillies, cumin seeds, coconut and turmeric powder and saute till fragrant.
- Add beans, drumsticks, carrot and salt and mix well. Add onion and tomato and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add potatoes and bananas and toss well. Add ½ cup water and yogurt and mix well. Cook till vegetables are done.
- Add coriander leaves and mix.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and remaining ginger strips. Serve hot.
