- Refined flour (maida) 1 cup
- Butter 150 gms + to grease
- Sugar ½ cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
Step 1. Preheat oven to 230º C. Lightly grease cupcake moulds.

How to Make Molten Lava Cupcakes (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Preheat oven to 230º C. Lightly grease cupcake moulds.
- Take butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and cream it together with an electric beater. Add yogurt bowl and beat them properly.
- Add melted chocolate and beat again. Sieve flour, baking powder cocoa powder into the bowl and fold in to make a batter.
- Fill each cupcake mould ⅓ with chocolate batter and ⅓ with chocolate chips. And fill up the moulds with another layer of chocolate batter.
- Keep the moulds in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Take them out of the oven, gently demould them and arrange on a serving platter. Serve.
