- Medium cucumber, seeded and chopped 1
- Medium apple, chopped 1
- Medium pear, chopped 1
- sa 1 tsp
Step 1. Take cucumber, apple, pear, ginger, cottage cheese, lotus seeds, jaggery, black pepper powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and rock salt in a bowl and mix well.
Step 2. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
