Step 1. Roast together oats, peanuts and sesame seeds in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes. Cool and put into a blender jar and blend.
Step 2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add ghee, cardamom powder, jaggery and honey and mix well with your hands.

How to Make Oat A Doo Laddoos (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Roast together oats, peanuts and sesame seeds in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes. Cool and put into a blender jar and blend.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add ghee, cardamom powder, jaggery and honey and mix well with your hands.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into laddoos.
- Serve on a platter or store in an airtight container.
