How to Make Roasted Oats Muffin (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease muffin moulds with a little butter.
- Sieve together refined flour and baking powder into a bowl.
- Take butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and cream till light fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and cream till the mixture is light. Add vanilla essence and mix.
- Add flour mixture and fold in till well mixed. Fold in the oats. Add milk and mix well.
- Grease the moulds or line them with paper cups. Pour the batter into them.
- Keep them in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven, demould, arrange them on a serving platter and serve.
