Healthy smoothie –
ideal beverage to begin the day with
- Oranges, peeled, segments separated and seeds removed 6
- Medium pineapples, peeled and cubed 2
- Tofu, crumbled 2 cups
- Honey 1 cup
Step 1. Pass orange segments through a juicer and collect the juice in a jug. Pass pineapple pieces through the juicer and collect the juice in the same jug and mix.
Step 2. Put tofu in a blender, add honey and blend well. Add the orange-pineapple juice and blend again.

How to Make Tropical Soya Smoothie (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Pass orange segments through a juicer and collect the juice in a jug. Pass pineapple pieces through the juicer and collect the juice in the same jug and mix.
- Put tofu in a blender, add honey and blend well. Add the orange-pineapple juice and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses, sprinkle orange rind on top and serve.
