- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Ginger, chopped ½ tsp
Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, put cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli and saute till cumin seeds change colour.

How to Make Usli (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, put cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli and saute till cumin seeds change colour.
- Add onion and saute till it turns translucent.
- Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well and saute for 1 minute.
- Add tomato and saute till it softens. Add mixed sprouts, mix and cook till the sprouts soften.
- Add lemon juice and mix.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
