How to Make Almond Rocks (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Dry roast the almonds in a non-stick pan on low heat till crisp. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  2. Take chocolate in a bowl and melt on a double boiler and temper it properly.
  3. Add almond to the chocolate and mix till all the almond pieces are well coated.
  4. Line a baking tray with butter paper.
  5. Drop spoon full of the chocolate-almond mixture on the butter paper till all the mixture is used up.
  6. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.
  7. Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
