- Figs, soaked in water for 30 minutes 1 cup
- Low fat milk 3 cups
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Cornflour, mixed in 3 tbsps milk 3 tbsps
Step 1. Bring milk to boil in a deep non-stick pan. Add lemon juice and stir continuously.

Method
- Bring milk to boil in a deep non-stick pan. Add lemon juice and stir continuously.
- Add figs and mix. Add honey and mix well. Cook till the figs are completely soft.
- Add cornflour-milk mixture and cook, stirring continuously to avoid lumps till the mixture is thick.
- Pour into individual serving bowls and serve chilled or at room temperature.
