- Yogurt 125 gms
- Fresh cream 100 ml
- Sweet condensed milk 100 ml
- Strawberry crush 50 ml
- Strawberry fans 4 to decorate
- Icing sugar to dust
How to Make Baked Yogurt (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Preheat oven to 200º C.
- Mix together yogurt, cream, condensed milk and strawberry crush in a bowl till well blended.
- Pour this mixture into small bowls, keep them in a baking tray. Pour water into the tray till half full. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and allow the yogurt to cool. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Decorate each bowl with a strawberry fan, dust with icing sugar and serve chilled.
