How to Make Besan Badam Burfi (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Roast gram flour in a non-stick pan on medium heat till fragrant.
  2. Add sugar substitute and 4 cups water and mix well. Cook, on medium heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens and begins to leave the sides of the pan.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto a tray and spread evenly.
  4. Grate almonds on top and set aside to cool down.
  5. When it sets well, cut into small pieces and serve.
