- Ladyfingers (bhindi), cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
Step 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, garlic and onion and saute till onion changes colour.

How to Make Bhindi Masala (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, garlic and onion and saute till onion changes colour.
- Add ladyfinger pieces and mix. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix.
- Add tomato, mix and cook till ladyfingers are done.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
