This tea is served in
the Himalayan regions and is supposed to have medicinal properties
- Butter 2 tbsps
- Tea leaves 3 tsps
- Hot milk 1¾ cups
- Salt to taste
Step 1. Boil 4 cups of water in a non-stick pan. Add tea leaves, mix and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Method
