- Medium cabbage, finely chopped ¼
- Raw papaya, grated 2 tsps
- Green chilli, finely chopped 1
- Ginger, finely chopped 1 tbsp
Step 1. Take cabbage, green chilli, ginger, raw papaya, gram flour, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt in a mixing bowl. Add a little water and mix.

How to Make Cabbage and Papaya Cutlet (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Take cabbage, green chilli, ginger, raw papaya, gram flour, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt in a mixing bowl. Add a little water and mix.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, place the cutlets in the pan and cook, turning sides till they are evenly golden on both sides.
- Transfer the cutlets onto a serving platter and serve hot.
