- Cashewnuts, chopped 200 gms

How to Make Cashewnut Cookies (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180º C. Grease a baking tray.
- Take butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with an electric beater.
- Add egg and vanilla essence and beat again.
- Add refined flour and cashewnuts, fold in well and prepare a dough.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape each portion into a cookie. Place the cookies on the baking tray. Place a half cashewnut on each cookie.
- Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Take the tray out of the oven, cool and serve on a serving platter or store in an air-tight container.
