This is a power juice –

- Medium beetroots (beets) 8

Step 1.Cut beetroots into small pieces, roughly chop carrots, peel oranges and separate the segments.

How to Make Cats & Beets (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Cut beetroots into small pieces, roughly chop carrots, peel oranges and separate the segments.
- Halve Indian gooseberries, remove seeds and cut into wedges.
- Push the Indian gooseberries, orange segments, beetroot and carrot pieces alternately through a juicer and collect the juice in a jug.
- Pour into 4 tall glasses, decorate each glass rim with a lemon slice and a mint sprig and serve.
