- Celery, chopped 3½ tbsps

How to Make Celery Tomato Carrot Soup (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Pressure cook celery for 1 whistle. Let them cool a bit, transfer into a blender jar and puree.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and saute till lightly browned.
- Transfer the tomato puree into a deep non-stick pan, add vegetable stock and mix well. Let the mixture come to a boil.
- Add the fried garlic and mix well.
- Add salt, pepper powder and pimpli, mix well and boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer into individual soup bowls and serve piping hot.
