Step 1.Pour ½ cup milk in a small non-stick pan, add cinnamon powder and sugar and heat, stirring, on low heat, till the milk comes to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Method
- Pour ½ cup milk in a small non-stick pan, add cinnamon powder and sugar and heat, stirring, on low heat, till the milk comes to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Transfer the cinnamon milk into a large jug, add remaining milk and coffee powder and whisk with an electric blender till frothy.
- Pour into 4 serving glasses, add ice cubes and serve with cinnamon stick for stirrers.
