A cooling drink, ideal during the hot summer months

Ingredients

  • Tender coconuts 2
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Sugar to taste
  • Grated coconut 1 tsp

Methods

  • Scoop the tender coconut flesh and put in a blender jar. Add coconut water and blend till smooth.
  • Add condensed milk and sugar and blend again for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour into serving glasses, chill in the refrigerator before serving.
