- Dark chocolate biscuits 10 to 12
- Butter 4 tbsps
- Cream cheese ½ cup
- Whipped cream ¼ cup
Step 1. Crush some dark chocolate biscuits in a grinder and transfer into a mixing bowl.
Step 2. Add butter and mix well. Put the mixture on a butter paper and spread it evenly. Cut into medium sized rectangles and keep them on a plate. Keep the plate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

Method
- Crush some dark chocolate biscuits in a grinder and transfer into a mixing bowl.
- Add butter and mix well. Put the mixture on a butter paper and spread it evenly. Cut into medium sized rectangles and keep them on a plate. Keep the plate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Mix cream cheese, whipped cream and castor sugar in a bowl. Fill this mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- Keep a biscuit-mixture rectangle on each serving plate, pipe some cream mixture rosettes over it, keep another rectangle and repeat the layers once.
- Dust some icing sugar on top of these layers and cover with sliced strawberries. Serve immediately.
