- Bread 12 thick slices
- Eggs 3
- Refined flour 4 tbsps
- Skimmed milk 1 cup
Step 1. Take flour in a large mixing bowl, slowly add milk and whisk continuously so that there are no lumps. Add salt, eggs, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and sugar and continue to whisk till you get a smooth mixture.
Step 2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip bread slices, 2-3 at a time, in the egg mixture till well soaked and place in the pan. Cook, till the underside is golden, flip and cook the other side similarly.

Method

- Transfer them on a serving platter, sprinkle icing sugar and cinnamon powder over them. Drizzle mixed fruit jam and whipped cream and serve immediately.
