- Jaggery, grated 3 tbsps
- Low fat milk 2 tbsps
- Fresh pomegranate pearls ½ cup
Step 1.Put low fat cottage cheese, jaggery and low fat milk in a blender and blend into a granular mixture.
Step 2.Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add pomegranate pearls and mix well. Pour the mixture onto a barfi tray lined with butter paper and spread evenly. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.

How to Make Fruit Sandesh (Stepwise Photos)
Method
- Put low fat cottage cheese, jaggery and low fat milk in a blender and blend into a granular mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add pomegranate pearls and mix well. Pour the mixture onto a barfi tray lined with butter paper and spread evenly. Keep the tray in the refrigerator to set.
- Boil orange juice and lemon juice in a non-stick pan. Add cornflour and mix well so that there are no lumps. Cook stirring continuously till the mixture becomes thick and smooth.
- Bring the tray out of the refrigerator, cut into squares, pour the orange sauce over them and garnish with grapes. Serve.
