Ingredients

  • Apple 1
  • Brown sugar 3 tbsps
  • Chikoo, chopped 2 cups
  • Green grapes 2 cups
  • Watermelon, chopped 2 cups
  • Fresh spinach a few leaves
  • Carrot, sliced 2 cups
  • Real Mixed Fruit Juice 2 cups
  • Kiwi slices to garnish
  • Orange segments to garnish

How to Make Fusion Power (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Cut the apple into fine slices for garnishing.
  2. Heat brown sugar in a non-stick pan, add the apple and cook.
  3. Put chikoo, green grapes, watermelon, spinach leaves, carrot, Mixed Fruit Juice in a blender jar and blend well.
  4. Add 2 tbsps water to the apple-brown sugar mixture till the sugar caramelizes and coats the apple slices.
  5. Pour the juice into 4 tall glasses and gently keep the caramelized apple slices on top. Garnish the rim of each glass with a kiwi slice and 2-3 orange segments.
  6. Serve immediately.
