Plenty of eggs and cheddar cheese make this pulao creamy and totally lip smacking

Ingredients

  • Large eggs, beaten 6
  • Brown rice, cooked 3 cups
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Celery, sliced ½ cup
  • Green mushrooms, sliced ½ cup
  • Mushrooms, sliced ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup

Methods

  • Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add celery, capsicum and mushrooms and saute on medium heat for 2 minutes.
  • Break eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt and black pepper powder and beat well.
  • Pour egg mixture over vegetables and cook stirring continuously for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice and cheese and mix gently so that the rice grains do not break.
  • Cook till the rice gets heated through.
  • Transfer into serving bowl and serve immediately.
