The name says it all –
a glass of this super smoothie and you will be bursting with energy
- Sesase seeds (til) 1 tsp
- Almonds, peeled 10 to 12
- Black raisins 1 handful
- Fresh pomegranate kernels 1 cup
Step 1. Put sesame seeds, almonds, black raisins, pomegranate kernels, apple, orange, honey, carrot, beetroot and soya nuts into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
Step 2. Transfer into a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator to chill.

Method
- Put sesame seeds, almonds, black raisins, pomegranate kernels, apple, orange, honey, carrot, beetroot and soya nuts into a blender jar and blend till smooth.
