  • Honey ¼ cup
  • Oats ½ cup
  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1 tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Softened butter 1 cup
  • Brown sugar ½ cup
  • Black raisins 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate chips ¼ cup

How to Make Honey Oatmeal Cookies (Stepwise Photos)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Sieve together refined flour, baking soda and salt into a big bowl.
  3. Take butter in another big bowl, add brown sugar and honey and mix well. Beat well with an electric hand blender. Add the flour mixture and beat with the electric beater.
  4. Add oats and continue to beat. Add black raisins and chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Drop spoonful of the mixture in a grease baking tray keeping a little distance between each.
  6. Keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Bring the tray out, let the cookies cool down a bit, arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
